What does it mean? Where is your traffic coming from?
Some online marketing companies will offer reports that don’t really mean anything. They may be telling you that your traffic is increasing but where is that traffic coming from? Are they even potential customers?
My monthly reports will show you where your traffic is coming from and help you to see which of your online marketing efforts are working and which areas need attention.
My reports are also compiled by hand. This means I physically look at your analytics and record the data. No automated tools are used.
What Does the Monitoring Package Include?
If you sign up to this service you get a monthly report that includes:
- Organic search engine ranks of up to 5 keyphrases
- The top 10 keyphrases used to find you in natural search
- The top 10 converting keyphrases (organic search)
- The top 10 converting traffic sources
- Unique vs returning visitors
- Can include any other specific data as requested. Such as where visitors are located, time of day, days of week, operating systems, iphone visits, visits from a particular source.
How much does it cost?
The website monitoring package costs just £100* per month. Your report is put together by hand and uses Google analytics**. It is presented in a spreadsheet format that allows you to observe changes month by month. This service also includes consultancy by telephone or email about your online marketing as required (up to 2 hours per month).

*If you do not already have Google analytics installed or goals set up I can do this for you or advise your IT person what to do. There may be a set up fee of up to £100 depending on how much work is involved. You do not have to sign up for a monthly reporting provision, I can also do this report as a one off. Simply grant me access to your analytics and I will put together a report for any given month.
